12" x 12" Flush Fully Gasketed Access Door - Acudor
The AS-9000 is a fully gasketed access door that you can install in walls and ceilings. The formed door panel, with a concealed hinge, and closed cell neoprene gasket, provides for a tight fit. This door is commonly used in clean rooms, laboratories, operating rooms, etc. Please note that although being fully gasketed, the AS-9000 has not been tested for air penetration.
You can purchase the AS-9000 with a door size of 12” x 12”. The door and the frame has an 18 gauge steel material, along with a stainless steel screwdriver operated cam latch. Lastly, the access door has a 5 stage iron phosphate preparation with a prime coat of White alkyd baked-on enamel finish. Most electricians would need the AS-9000 because it can prevent moisture from passing through the door and damaging electrical components.
